Woman from Astrakhan publicly apologizes for violating traffic rules
The Astrakhan Regional Branch of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) has posted a video in which a local woman publicly apologized for the fact that, while driving her child to the hospital, she was in a hurry and failed to give way to pedestrians.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that over the past two months, the above MIA Branch posted a series of videos in which local residents apologize for various violations. Thus, on October 26, an Astrakhan man apologized for a conflict near a store; and on October 2, another local man apologized for using foul language in public transport.
Law enforcers should not force Astrakhan residents to publicly apologize for their violations, analysts have noted.
The Astrakhan Regional Branch of the MIA has posted a video clip in its page in the "VKontakte" social network, in which a local woman publicly apologized for violating traffic rules. She said that on November 1, while driving, she failed to give way to pedestrians because she was in a hurry taking her child to the hospital. "I repent of what I did and ask everyone for forgiveness," the woman said.
