Observers filed complaints about violations during voting in Kuban

New cases of ballot stuffing and violations during home voting have been recorded at polling stations in Kuban (Krasnodar Territory); and observers faced obstacles from members of the election commissions, observers assert.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on September 6 and 7, messages from voters and observers about violations at municipal elections in Kuban were received by the "Map of Election Violations".

By 3:10 p.m. Moscow time on September 8, the "Map of Election Violations" website had received 27 messages about violations during the municipal elections in the Krasnodar Territory.

In particular, an observer at polling station No. 4120 in the village of Ilsky in the Seversky District filed a complaint about the violation of his rights. "During home voting, a member of the polling station did not allow me to read the extract from the register of applications (appeals) for voting outside the polling station. She referred to the secrecy personal data," the message says.

Two messages were received from observers who worked at polling station No. 4127 in the village of Ilsky. "The voter, to whose home the commission came, reported that he had not applied for home voting," one of them says.

In the village of Nekrasovskaya in the Ust-Labinsky District, ballot stuffing was recorded, says the message sent by an observer.
