Deceived depositor attempts to commit suicide in North Ossetia
In the city of Vladikavkaz, the capital of North Ossetia, a deceived depositor of the "Social Initiative" Construction Corporation has tried to commit suicide by jumping from the bridge into River Terek.
The man was kept away by the participants of the protest action, which is held for the fifth day already in the unfinished building of "Moskva" Hotel. Three other co-investors of the unfair corporation have already required medical aid as a result of their hunger strike, the RIA "Novosti" reports.
Pavel Arzumanov, leader of the initiative group of deceived depositors, has informed that the protesters demand to take off the arrest, imposed by the initiative of the Prosecutor's Office, from "Moskva" Hotel and other objects that will enable the administration of Vladikavkaz to enter the proprietor's rights and make payments to the depositors.
The "Caucasian Knot" has already informed that in 2005 residents of North Ossetia picketed the office of the "Social Initiative" Kommandit Partnership, demanding to return their invested money or to provide apartments according to the contract.
Over two hundred residents of the Republic who have invested into the "Social Initiative" Construction Company are under threat to stay without apartments and without their invested money.
