Tutakov released in Chechnya hospitalized
Vagap Tutakov, former separatists' representative in Strasbourg, who was released in Chechnya after almost two weeks in custody, was hospitalized.
The "Caucasian Knot" correspondent was informed about it by an employee of one of local human rights organizations. As he said, on the first day of his kidnapping Mr Tutakov was severely beaten, after which he had a heart attack.
"Now, Vagap Tutakov is at hospital, where he was appointed a course of treatment. According to his relatives, the former parliamentarian of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria (ChRI) feels very bad after the beatings and mockeries he was subjected to," the source has told. "Neither he nor his relatives make any comments on what has happened."
