Kadyrov announces his daughter's appointment as Vice-Premier of Chechnya

Aishat Kadyrova, the current Chechen Minister of Culture will become Deputy Prime Minister of Chechnya for the social block; and Musa Dadaev, the former Vice-Premier will replace Kadyrova as the head of the Ministry of Culture of Chechnya.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that in March 2020, after his daughter Aishat showed a collection of clothes of her "Firdaws" Fashion House in Paris, Ramzan Kadyrov awarded his daughter the medal "For Services to the Chechen Republic". Some residents of Chechnya then questioned the validity of the award. On September 1, 2020, Kadyrov appointed Aishat to the post of the first deputy minister of culture of Chechnya, and on October 8, 2021, she headed the ministry. On June 23, 2022, she received the Kadyrov Order, the Chechnya's highest award. Instagram* users explained this by their family ties. By decree of Vladimir Putin, Aishat Kadyrova was awarded the medal of the Order of Merit for the Fatherland.

Now, the head of Chechnya has announced that Muslim Khuchiev, the Prime Minister, will appoint Aishat Kadyrova, the present Minister of Culture, to the post of Deputy Chairman of the Chechen Government (Vice-Premier) for the social block.

"There's no doubt that Aishat Kadyrova has made a great contribution to improving the activities of the regional Ministry of Culture and accumulated work experience," Ramzan Kadyrov wrote in his Telegram channel.

He has also stated that Musa Dadaev, who had earlier served as Deputy Prime Minister, "has established himself as a prominent professional."

Almost the entire governing system in Chechnya is tied personally to Ramzan Kadyrov and people close to him. According to political analysts, the cadre policy of the head of Chechnya is aimed at strengthening his family's positions and promoting the interests of the Kadyrov clan.
