Chechnya: Kadyrov's daughter appointed Deputy Minister of Culture

The head of Chechnya has signed a decree appointing his daughter Aishat Kadyrova to the post of the first deputy minister of culture; Ramzan Kadyrov himself has announced this.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on March 7, the administration of the head and the government of Chechnya announced that Aishat Kadyrova had been awarded the medal "For Merits to the Chechen Republic"; some residents of Chechnya doubted the real grounds for the award.

Ramzan Kadyrov has announced the appointment of his daughter, Aishat Kadyrova, to the post of the first deputy minister of culture of Chechnya. "The appointment of Aishat to a new post is a firmly weighed decision. Despite her young age, she has a wealth of experience in managing the most complex and large-scale projects, including in the field of culture," Ramzan Kadyrov wrote in the evening on September 1 in his Telegram channel,

He noted that over the past few years, Aishat Kadyrova has successfully headed the "Firdaws" Fashion House. "Here, Aishat has already done a great job, by demonstrating, by means of arts, to the whole world our wonderful customs and traditions, revealing the unique image of a Chechen woman," Kadyrov wrote.

Almost the entire ruling system in Chechnya is tied personally to Ramzan Kadyrov and people close to him. According to the BBC Russian Service, out of 158 high-ranking officials in Chechnya, 30% are Kadyrov's relatives, 23% are his fellow villagers, and other 12% are his friends and their relatives.
