Abramov, resident of Krasnodar, refuses to return to SMO

Alexei Abramov, a resident of Krasnodar, who received an order from the command of his military unit in Dagestan to return to the special military operation zone (SMO) in Ukraine, has refused to take part in hostilities. He explained this by his state of health caused b y a grave backbone disease.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on August 31, Abramov received a travel certificate for his return to the SMO zone from September 2 "to perform special missions."

In August, it became known that the medical commission recognized Abramov as partially fit for military service.

Alexei Abramov, who is moving on crutches, was taken to the military investigation division of the Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF) in Buynaksk to give explanations during the check because of his refusal to go to the SMO zone in Ukraine, Mikhail Benyash*, a lawyer, who was Abramov's advocate, has informed in his Telegram channel.

"I can't leave for the SMO due to the state of my health that doesn't allow me to perform military duties. I was awarded Category 'C'; in fact, I can't move well with crutches; I experience severe pain in my backbone; I can't wear equipment ... I had neither treatment nor surgery lately," Abramov has explained.

Let us remind you that in November 2022, Ksenia Abramova, his wife, said that Alexei, while in the SMO zone, could not, due to his grave disease and pains, walk and wear a bulletproof vest. On December 15, 2022, the Goryachiy Klyuch court dismissed Abramov's lawsuit against the decision to mobilize him.
