Wife of a mobilized Kuban resident states deterioration of his health condition

Alexei Abramov, who disputes his mobilization by the military commissariat without a medical examination, is in the military operation zone, while he could not walk for several days due to pain and unable to wear a bulletproof vest, his wife Ksenia has stated.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that the lawyer, Mikhail Benyash*, had reported that the court rejected Alexei Abramov's claim against his mobilization, because he had multiple spinal traumas, he had lodged against the military commissariat.

Mr Benyash* has informed that the court scheduled a session on Abramov's complaint for November 21.

Ksenia Abramova, Alexei's wife, said she did not know exactly where her husband was. According to her version, his health condition has worsened after he was sent to the frontline.

Ms Abramova has added that the family incurred significant expenses because of the mobilization. "Guys have to buy food and tents; they try to take medicines and warm clothes, as it's very cold there. I am without work, because I'm alone with the child and most of the time I either get sick or write complaints and visit the military commissariat," the wife has added.
