Woman from Maykop arrested for protest against military operation

A Maykop court has arrested Tatiana Moskalenko, a local resident, within the case of calls for protests against the special military operation (SMO) in Ukraine.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that the press service of the Department of Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) for the Republic of Adygea had opened a criminal case against a resident of Maykop, who is suspected of publicly calling for protests against the SMO.

Tatiana Moskalenko is an activist of the "Citizens of the USSR"* movement, the human rights project "Support for Political Prisoners. Memorial" has reported.

*Included by the Russian Ministry of Justice (MoJ) into the register of foreign agents.
