Youth of Ingushetia to lodge a collective suit against President of the Republic

Young people of Ingushetia continue to prepare a collective claim against President Murat Zyazikov in connection with "the lies and disinformation, which he disseminates when reporting to Russian President and mass media about the state of economy, and on inadequate execution by Mr Zyazikov of his duties in the capacity of the leader of Ingushetia."

This April, the initiative of this sort of claim was moved by the Youth Group "Justice and Dignity," reports the oppositional resource "Ingushetia.Ru."

Currently, a debate is on in the web site "Ingushetia.Ru" on the claim being prepared. Bers Gazdiev, coordinator of the project, has stated that already about 700 young persons have expressed their intent to personally sign the action.

Meanwhile, as the "Caucasian Knot" has already informed, the prosecutor's office has initiated and now investigates into a criminal case on the fact of dissemination by the Internet web site "Ingushetia.Ru" of the materials directed at kindling national hatred and enmity among the public. The case was initiated on July 30 by the Kuntsevo Inter-District Prosecutor's Office of the City of Moscow.

The "Ingushetia.Ru" is also asserting that President of Ingushetia Murat Zyazikov has lodged an appeal on behalf of Ibragim Malsagov, Chairman of the Government of the Republic of Ingushetia (RI), and Mahmud Sakalov, Chairman of the RI's National Assembly, on the necessity to stop the web site.

In the opinion of the founders of the web site, the President's discontent was caused by the critical materials about the worsening situation in Ingushetia under Murat Zyazikov's rule that appeared in the web site.
