FSPE found no violations of Trepashkin's rights
The spokesman of the Russian Federal Service of Punishment Enforcement (FSPE) has stated that the FSPE found no violations of the rights of Mikhail Trepashkin, ex-FSB officer, sentenced for disclosure of state secret and serving his term at the Nizhni Tagil colony-settlement.
In the words of the source, Lev Ponomaryov, executive director of the movement "For Human Rights," has repeatedly spoken about the violations of custody conditions of Mr Trepashkin, sentenced to four years of imprisonment, the "Interfax" reports.
"The information disseminated by the Committee 'For Human Rights' has nothing to do with reality, and there are no offences in relation to convict Trepashkin, which is certified by the document presented by the head of the Institution FGU IZ-66/1 of the FSPE Department for the Sverdlovsk Region," the FSPE employee said.
