Authorities of two districts report about natives of Dagestan perished in Ukraine
Sergeant Ravil Kadirov from a motorized rifle squadron from the Derbent District and deputy platoon commander Marat Shikhmagomedov, a native of the Tabasaran District, perished in Ukraine. Since the beginning of the special military operation in Ukraine, the information about at least 80 perished natives of Dagestan has been officially confirmed.
Senior Sergeant Marat Shikhmagomedov, a deputy platoon commander, perished in Ukraine. He was buried on April 13, the administration of the Tabasaran District reports today. Marat Shikhmagomedov, a native of the village of Sirtych, lived with his family in Makhachkala, and served on a contract basis in Chechnya. He was 35 years old. “Marat had a wife and two children,” the Tabasaran district administration reported in its Telegram channel
The administration of the Derbent District reported about the death of Ravil Kadirov from the village of Delichoban. “Sergeant Ravil Lachinovich Kadirov from the motorized rifle brigade, our compatriot, a native of the village of Delichoban in the Derbent District, perished,” the administration reported in its Telegram channel. Ravil Kadirov was 32 years old. The Derbent district authorities expressed the condolences to relatives and friends on behalf of Dagestani leader Sergey Melikov, the government of the republic, and residents of the district, the message says.
According to the calculations run by the “Caucasian Knot”, since the beginning of the special military operation in Ukraine, the authorities have reported about at least 80 perished natives of Dagestan.
