Mayor of Pyatigorsk reports about death of a compatriot in Ukraine

Viktor Gavrilov, a military man from Pyatigorsk, perished in Ukraine, City Mayor Dmitry Voroshilov reported. Since the beginning of the special military operation in Ukraine, it has been reported about at least 10 natives of the Stavropol Territory who perished in Ukraine.

The “Caucasian Knot” has reported that Artyom Kuprichenko, a native of the Stepnovsky District of the Stavropol Territory, perished during the special military operation in Ukraine.

According to City Mayor Dmitry Voroshilov, Viktor Gavrilov was 35 years old. After finishing school, he served in the border troops in the Far East. “After the service, he married, entered the Moscow University for the Humanities and Economics. Viktor is the father of two girls, 5 and 12 years old,” Dmitry Voroshilov wrote in his Telegram channel.

The City Mayor added that Viktor Gavrilov had served under a contract since 2013 and that he had a number of awards.
