Two natives of Dagestan perish in Ukraine

Gadjimurad Farzaliev from the Khiva District and Malik Gadjiev from the Derbent District have perished in hostilities in Ukraine. Since the start of the military operation, at least 23 natives of Dagestan have perished in Ukraine.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on February 26, it became known about the first native of Dagestan who perished in Ukraine, the officer, Nurmagomed Gadjimagomedov, who was awarded the title of Hero of Russia posthumously.

A top sergeant Gadjimurad Farzaliev, a native of the village of Furdag, Khiva District, was 42 years old; he left behind his wife and four children, the website of the district administration has informed.

Malik Gadjiev from the village of Rubas was 41 years old; in 1999, he was drafted into the army and since 2003 he has been serving under a contract.

Since the start of the special operation in Ukraine, it has become known about the deaths of at least 23 natives of Dagestan there.
