Relatives of soldiers missed in action come to protest action in Yerevan

Today, in Yerevan, several dozen residents have come to a protest action in front of the government building. They demand from the authorities to report the information concerning the soldiers missed in action in Nagorno-Karabakh.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that Karabakh rescuers continue to search for bodies of the people killed during the autumn battles of 2020. According to the Russian peacekeepers, relatives and friends of 559 people missed in action in Nagorno-Karabakh addressed the hotline. During the search activities, the dead bodies of 3360 soldiers were found in the places of the combat actions on the territory of the unrecognized republic, the Ministry for Emergencies (MfE) of Nagorno-Karabakh reports today.

In Yerevan, relatives and friends of the soldiers missed in action in Nagorno-Karabakh took part in a protest action held in front of the Armenian government building. A video released by the news agency "News.am" depicts several dozen protesters, mostly elderly men.
