A cortege of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan broke through the crowd of protesters and drove away from the government building. The police reported about 69 people detained at the protest action.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that this morning, activists demanding the resignation of Nikol Pashinyan planned to block the government building in order to disrupt the meeting. The police set up a cordon.
At 11:23 a.m. Moscow time, the "Sputnik Armenia" reported with reference to the press service of the Armenian Police that 69 activists had been taken to police stations.
The mass detentions took place when the police tried to clear the roadway of Tigran Mets Avenue. At the same time, the car is hitting a grappling activist and a policeman.
