Azerbaijani MoD announces continuation of fighting in conflict zone
In the Karabakh conflict zone, battles are ongoing along the entire frontline; on September 29, the S-300 anti-aircraft missile system of the Armenian Army was destroyed in the Khojaly District, the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defence (MoD) has reported today.

On September 30, starting at 8:00 a.m. local time, units of the Armed Forces of Armenia were subjecting the city of Tartar to artillery fire. According to preliminary data, damage to civilian infrastructure has been caused; there are wounded persons, a source from the press service of the Azerbaijani MoD told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.
"The opponent, who had accumulated additional forces in the Madagiz direction in order to regain the lost positions, attempted an offensive in the early morning on September 30. <...> Currently, military operations are underway along the entire frontline," the Azerbaijani MoD said in a statement, posted in its website today.
The Azerbaijani MoD has also stated that from September 27 to the morning of September 30, about 2300 Armenian servicemen were killed and wounded; about 130 tanks and other armoured vehicles, more than 200 artillery installations, multiple missile launch systems, grenade launchers, about 25 anti-aircraft systems were destroyed or disabled, as well as six command management and observation posts, five ammunition depots, about 50 anti-tank weapons, and 55 motor vehicles.
