The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that since November 14, a round-the-clock protest action is held in Tbilisi, which began after the failure of the parliamentary vote on the draft to change the electoral system. The Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) demanded from protesters not to interfere with the work of the parliament, and special force agents were brought to the venue. After several failed demands to unblock the parliament, policemen began dismantling protesters' tents, and then used water cannon; protesters were pushed away from the service entrance to the parliament.
Policemen cleared the carriageway of the avenue in front of the parliament building, where there were tents and protesters.
In their turn, the latter began rallying in front of the parliament. The speakers said that during the dispersal of the action, one activist was detained; and they lost three more – it was not known where these people were, and what happened to them, the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent reports from the venue.
During the dispersal of the protesters, law enforcers used tear gas. Some activists felt bad; and they were hospitalized by ambulances, the "Rustavi-2" TV Company has informed on air.
