Social network users criticize Kadyrov for unfulfilled promise to victim of road accident

A resident of Smolensk, whom Ramzan Kadyrov promised to donate a car and provide assistance after a resonant road traffic accident in Moscow, complained that the promise had not been fulfilled. Users of social networks criticized the leader of Chechnya.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on March 29, the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) reported that Muslim Djambekov, a suspected participant of the road traffic accident in the Mozhaisk highway in Moscow, had come to the police to surrender. Ramzan Kadyrov promised to donate a Niva car to Roman Romenkov, a victim of the road accident, and to provide him with "other assistance" from the funds of the Akhmat Kadyrov Foundation.

On March 25, a fatal road accident occurred in Mozhaisk highway in Moscow and two persons were killed in it. On March 28, Ramzan Kadyrov demanded from a driver who fled a place of the road accident in the Mozhaisk highway "not to disgrace his family" and come to the police. On the other day, Ramzan Kadyrov posted a video with the Muslim Djambekov's apology and the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) confirmed the driver coming to surrender.

According to Roman Romenkov, a month after the road traffic accident, he did not receive the assistance promised by Ramzan Kadyrov. "He is not obliged to report for every Chechen's action or do something. But if it was a promise, his promise, I think it's not fair to act like that. It would be fairer not to promise anything at all," said Roman Romenkov as quoted by the "Readovka.news" on April 26.

On April 28, blogger kamikadzedead quoted the above publication on his YouTube channel. "They promised to help the man, [whose] daughter and wife had been fatally hit by a Chechen man ... However, the victim received no help from the Akhmat Kadyrov Foundation ... Apparently, it's more important for Ramzan Kadyrov to publish a video with apologies [from Muslim Djambekov], to strengthen his influence, so to speak," the blogger commented on the video.
