Nagorno-Karabakh accuses Azerbaijan of 150 shelling episodes within the week

During the week from August 26 to September 1, Azerbaijani militaries made more than 2000 shots at positions of the Defence Army, the Ministry of Defence (MoD) of Nagorno-Karabakh has stated.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on August 19-25, Nagorno-Karabakh counted 200 bombardments of its positions by the Azerbaijani Armed Forces.

"From August 26 and till the morning on September 1, Azerbaijanis violated the ceasefire in the Karabakh conflict zone for about 150 times," the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent quotes the message of the MoD of Nagorno-Karabakh.

As of 1:40 p.m. Moscow time today, the Azerbaijani MoD had posted no comments on its website. At the same time, the MoD regularly reports about violations of the ceasefire regime by Armenia and from territories controlled by the authorities of Nagorno-Karabakh. According to the calculations of the "Caucasian Knot", for the period from August 26 to September 1, Azerbaijan counted 614 such cases. Only during the past 24 hours, Azerbaijan's positions, according to the MoD of this country, were shelled for 95 times.
