Azerbaijan accused Armenia of shelling from grenade launchers

On April 15-16, the Armenian Armed Forces violated the ceasefire for 76 times, the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defence (MoD) has stated.

According to the MoD, the fire was delivered from the territories of Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh, which Azerbaijan treats as its occupied lands. "Large-calibre machine guns and grenade launchers were used at shelling."

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on April 15, Azerbaijan accused Armenia of 87 violations of the ceasefire during the last 24 hours, while Armenia stated a shelling of the pre-border village of Baganis. On April 14, Nagorno-Karabakh announced about 300 bombardments of its positions by Azerbaijani militaries during the week of April 8-14.
