In Grozny, authorities treat woman seeking help from Ramzan Kadyrov as a deceiver

After a check, officials from the Grozny Mayor's Office have called a deceiver Birlant Dakaeva, who appealed to Ramzan Kadyrov for help to solve her housing problem. A panel house, in which, according to the woman, she lived, was demolished. The story of Birlant Dakaeva once again shows that an appeal to Ramzan Kadyrov can result in public humiliation, note residents of the Chechen Republic interviewed by the "Caucasian Knot".

The appeal of the women was disseminated through WhatsApp.

"Birlant Dakaeva has also written in Instagram, that she has to live in a panel house together with her 18-year-old son, since she does not have her own housing," said an official from the Grozny Mayor's Office.

On October 18, by instruction of Ramzan Kadyrov, a check into the case was organized with involvement of Muslim Khuchiev, Mayor of Grozny. The authorities have come to the conclusion that the woman lives with her relatives in the village of Alkhan-Kala near Grozny, while her son lives in Grozny at his older brother's place. Thus, the officials from the Grozny Mayor's Office have concluded that Birlant Dakaeva and her son have no housing problems.

According to Seda, a resident of Grozny, this is not the first case in Chechnya when a person addressing Ramzan Kadyrov for help is declared a liar.

Khusein, a local resident, believes that once Birlant Dakaeva has addressed Ramzan Kadyrov directly, this means she has serious reasons for her appeal.

The story of Birlant Dakaeva shows that a person who addresses Ramzan Kadyrov with a request should be ready for everything, said a member of one of the NGOs.
