Today, the Human Rights Centre (HRC) "Memorial" has reported that by the court decision, policemen Sosyrbey Shadzov and Oleg Bekulov, accused of beating two teenagers, are obliged to pay 170,000 roubles to each victim.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that according to investigators, in October 2012, staff members of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) for Kabardino-Balkaria, beat and tortured two teenagers in an attempt to force them to confess to involvement in the armed underground.
