Court denies information about involvement of jury in case of Boris Nemtsov's murder

The Moscow District Military Court has refuted the statement made by the advocate of Zaur Dadaev concerning the fact that the defendants' motion for consideration of the case with involvement of a jury is granted. According to the Court, the decision has not been made yet.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that today, the Moscow District Military Court has started the preliminary hearings in the case on the Boris Nemtsov's murder. Shamsudin Tsakaev, the advocate of Zaur Dadaev, has reported that the Court has granted the defendants' motion for consideration of the case with involvement of a jury.

However, later, Irina Zhirnova, the press secretary of the Moscow District Military Court, has denied the information that the motion for consideration of the case with the involvement of a jury had been granted.

"Today, the defendants and their defenders have filed a motion for trial by jury; However, the Court has not made a decision on it," stated Irina Zhirnova as quoted y the RIA "Novosti".
