CTO legal regime cancelled in Dagestani village of Andi

The operational headquarters for Dagestan has made a decision to cancel the counterterrorist operation (CTO) legal regime, introduced in the village of Andi of the Botlikh District on January 25.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on January 25, the CTO legal regime was introduced in the village, and a private house was blocked there.

According to the National Antiterrorist Committee (NAC), one militant killed in the special operation, and no law enforcers or local residents were injured. A resident of Andi reported that one of the villagers a relative of the owner of the destroyed house was wounded as a result of the special operation.

"The CTO legal regime in the village of Andi was cancelled at 5:30 p.m. Moscow time," reports an official from the operational headquarters as quoted by the "Interfax".
