Defendant faces charge in case of Roland Pliev's wound

The Investigating Committee of the Russian federation (ICRF) has accused Marik Bukulov, a resident of Vladikavkaz, who was arrested in the case of the attack on policeman Roland Pliev, of causing grievous bodily harm with the use of a weapon.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on November 17, Marik Bukulov, a 37-year-old resident of Vladikavkaz, was detained on the charge of wounding Roland Pliev. The detainee has confessed that he opened fire on the policeman being motivated by personal animosity. On November 20, the court pronounced the decision to take Marik Bukulov in custody for two months.

Earlier, at night of November 1, Vladimir Tskaev, who was suspected of inflicting a gunshot wound to Roland Pliev, died after interrogation at the Iriston OVD (Interior Division). According to his relatives, Vladimir Tskaev died from torture.

On October 31, according to investigators, Marik Bukulov shot several times from a firearm at Roland Pliev and wounded him in the stomach.

According to Eduard Gusov, Senior Assistant to the Chief of the ICRF's Investigating Department for North Ossetia, Marik Bukulov has voluntarily surrendered an instrument of the crime a pistol and described all the details of the incident.

Let us remind you that the criminal case of the death of Vladimir Tskaev involves three policemen as suspects.
