Hideout with weapons found during CTO in Chermen
During the special operation in the village of Chermen in the Prigorodny District of North Ossetia, law enforcers have seized guns, a grenade launcher, and a large quantity of ammunition. This was reported by an official from of the operational headquarters of North Ossetia.
According to him, today, at 5:40 a.m. Moscow time, the counterterrorist operation (CTO) regime has been introduced in Chermen and its suburbs. The CTO regime was lifted in the afternoon.
"In the course of the CTO, the following weapons were found and seized: four smooth-bore guns, one civilian rifled-bore gun, a pistol, a hand grenade, an RPG-26 grenade launcher, four shots for grenade launchers, explosives, and more than 1200 rounds of various calibres," the RIA "Novosti" quotes the official of the operational headquarters as reporting.
During the CTO, the access of vehicles to the territory of the village was restricted, and citizens and their belongings were inspected, the "Rossiyskaya Gazeta" reports.
