Dagestan: shelled store was selling alcohol, eyewitnesses assert
A 39-year-old Kumsiyat Nutsalova was shot 11 times from behind the corner at a time in the night, when she was going to close her night shop in the village of Toturbiykala of Khasavyurt District of Dagestan, the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent was told by local residents.
The owner of the store with gunshot wounds in different parts of her body was delivered to the hospital of Khasavyurt. Now she is at the resuscitation department, her condition is rated by doctors as grave, and the victim's relatives reject to contact with the journalists.
"The reason for the shelling attack could have been that Kumsiyat Nutsalova was selling alcoholic beverages "from under the counter". There were alcoholic drinks in the showcase; however, people mentioned that they could buy an alcoholic drink there at any time," the "Caucasian Knot" was told by the Toturbiykala villager, who preferred to stay anonymous.
According to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent's finding out, starting the morning the village of Toturbiykala contains a large amount of military equipment and power agents. They walk around the village and check passports, holding no other actions.
