Number of casualties of disorders in capital of Armenia reaches 10

The number of victims in the clashes that took place in the capital of Armenia in early March between opposition supporters and the police has reached ten persons. Today, it has become known that Samvel Arutyunyan, 29, died in the resuscitation ward of the Medical Centre this weekend.

In the course of the clashes with the police between March 1 and 2 he received a brain injury. Despite the efforts of the physicians, his life was lost, the "Gazeta.Ru" reports.

Three more persons who were injured during the disorders are still in Yerevan hospitals.

We remind you that on April 11 a policeman who was wounded in mass disorders died at hospital from his wounds. In total, 10 persons were lost in the events on March 1-2, and 265 more were wounded.
