Court to consider complaint against the verdict on "Ulman's case" in a closed session

The sitting of the Military Board of the Supreme Court of Russia on the so-called "Ulman's case" has been postponed till November 29. The hearing of the complaint against the verdict to Ulman and his colleagues will be held in the closed mode.

The sitting was postponed since additional materials to the complaint of the advocate, who represents Ulman's interests, have arrived to the court, and the judges need time to get acquainted with the documents.

On November 7, R. G. Krzhachkovskiy, one of Ulman's advocates, sent an addition to the cassation complaint asking to cancel the verdict of the North-Caucasian Regional Military Court in relation to Ulman, Kalaganskiy, Voevodin and Perelevskiy and to send the case for a new consideration at the same court but by other panel of judges, the IA "Grozny-Inform" reports.

In the course of the sitting on Thursday, November 8, advocate Natalia Vaschenko, who is representing the interests of Alexei Perelevskiy, one of the defendants, moved a petition on holding the trial in the closed mode, having explained this by the fact that in the process of the consideration of the complaint against the guilty verdict she would refer to classified materials, the RIA "Novosti" reports.
