Outcomes of searching defendants in Ulman's case to be presented in Rostov-on-Don
On May 24, the court session on Ulman's case will announce the outcomes of the undertaken operative and search actions and discuss the destiny of Major Alexei Perelevskiy, the only defendant who did not disappear like the rest of them. Advocate Liudmila Tikhomirova, representative of the victims' party, has informed the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent about it.
"If by this date Ulman, Kalaganskiy and Voevodin have been found, the case in their relation should be considered separately," Ms. Tikhomirova has noted. She also added that throughout all the search of the missing persons, the participants of the trial were not informed on the achieved results.
"I know nothing about their whereabouts, even approximately, since we are not informed," Liudmila Tikhomirova has added.
We remind you that Captain Eduard Ulman, Ensign Vladimir Voevodin, Lieutenant Alexander Kalaganskiy and Major Alexei Perelevskiy are accused of murdering peaceful residents of Chechnya.
