In the process on Ulman's case, interrogation of defendant Perelevskiy is completed
Today, at the North Caucasian Regional Military Court, at the process on Ulman's case, they have finished to interrogate the last defendant - major Alexei Perelevskiy. During the interrogation, Mr. Perelevskiy has informed the court that during the special operation to capture militants' commander Hattab in January 2002 he had carried out the functions of an operative officer and was at the command point on the mountain. In his words, after captain Ulman had informed him by portable radio that he had detained a UAZ car, Perelevskiy reported about it to colonel Plotnikov, commander of the special operation. After a while, Plotnikov gave an order to liquidate the UAZ's passengers, on which fact Perelevskiy had informed Ulman. Perelevskiy had several communication sessions with Ulman's group, including the one aimed to deliver Plotnikov's order to liquidate the detained car. The Ulman's group, having received this order, first tried to blow the car up by a land mine, and then set it on fire.
The process has announced a break till March 21 because of the illness of the father of one of the defendants - Vladimir Voevodin.
