Armenian church and cultural center will be built in Yekaterinburg
At the end of August preparatory work for the construction of a new Armenian church, which is planned to be finished by 2006, began in Yekaterinburg. Besides, the Society of Armenian Culture "Ani-Armenia" intends to make a request to the Yekaterinburg City Administration to apportion an apartment not far from the church for the cultural center as well. The studies of the Armenian Sunday school, which have been working for ten years already and basing in one of the secondary educational institution of the city, will be transferred there.
