Antimonopoly committee has fined Government of Karachaevo-Cherkessia

The Government of Karachaevo-Cherkessia has not yet promulgated the results of the inspection conducted by the Accounts Chamber of the RF to check the usage of the funds that were allotted from the federal budget last year for RGUP ?Vodokanal? to take afterflood measures. However the Office of Public Prosecutor of the republic has already opened the criminal case predicated on the facts that were revealed during the inspection.

Besides, a local antimonopoly committee fined the Government of the Karachaevo-Cherkessia Republic half a million rubles for the attempt to redistribute a property of ?Vodokanal? in favour of people close to the authorities. The other day the city court declared actions of the government concerning PO ?Vodokanal? illegal and obliged RGUP ?Vodokanal? to return illegally taken property to its former owner.
