Georgian party will bring suit to the Hague International Criminal Court on facts of Georgian population genocide in Abkhazia

Having met with Tamaz Nadareishvili, the leader of the legitimate authorities of the Autonomous Republic of Abkhazia in exile, on September 11, Georgian State Minister Avtandil Jorbenadze declared that the Georgian party was inclined to bring an official suit to the International Criminal Court in the Hague on the facts of the Georgian population genocide in Abkhazia.

The election program of the government-backed bloc, which Tamaz Nadareishvili joined on September 9, was discussed at the meeting.

Nadareishvili has announced recently that the theme of Abkhazia will have priority in the election program of the government-backed bloc on the threshold of the parliamentary elections appointed for November 2.
