Prosecutor's Office of Ingushetia calls on people not to go to June 6 rallies
The Prosecutor's Office of Ingushetia treats the rallies planned for June 6 by the opposition of the Republic in several dwelling settlements as illegitimate and calls the residents "not to be on the bit of the offenders."
In its message placed in the official website, the Office asserts that its check has established that neither the government of Ingushetia nor administrations of cities and districts received notifications about public actions that is, the procedure established by the Law of the Republic of Ingushetia of July 7, 2005, No. 31-RZ "On Assemblies, Meetings, Demonstrations, Marches and Pickets in the Territory of the Republic of Ingushetia" has been broken.
The Prosecutor's Office asserts that holding any public actions through violation of the established order can pursue the aim of organizing mass disorders, hooligan actions and acts of vandalism motivated by ideological, political, national or religious hatred or enmity.
Meanwhile, Salman Khautiev, acting head of the organizing committee of the nationwide rally, has informed the "Ingushetia.Ru" website that notifications were timely sent to the government. He has added that they have postal receipts and notification copies, which can be presented to the Office, if necessary.
We remind you that the main requirement to be put forward by oppositionists at the June 6 rally - to return Ruslan Aushev to the post of the President of the Republic of Ingushetia.
