Two militaries at regular service in one of the units deployed in Kazachii Lagerya village, Oktiabrskiy District, Rostov Region, worked for six months at the fish shop of the Foreign Enterprise "Topchiy". The "Caucasian Knot" correspondent was informed about it at the 54th Military Investigatory Division (Rostov-on-Don) of the Investigatory Committee under the Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation.
According to a source at the Investigatory Division, the preliminary investigation has established that on September 5, 2007, Captain Alexander Shkola sent privates Yuri Kvasha and Dmitri Kilin, who were at regular service under his command to perform the works that had nothing to do with their soldier's duties at the fish shop of the FE "Topchiy", located in Persianovskiy settlement of the Oktiabrskiy (Rural) District of the Rostov Region.
