Ilykham Aliyev believes in the US in matter of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict settlement
Azerbaijan Prime-Minister and presidential contender Ilykham Aliyev believes in the US in the matter of the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. It is noted in Ilykham Aliyev's reply letter to US President George Bush.
According to the words of the prime-minister, "the US, being one of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairmen, can do a lot for peaceful conflict settlement within the framework of Azerbaijan's territorial integrity".
