According to Baza, relatives of the victims in the Gagiev case are calling lawyers with questions about whether this is true, and are very worried about their safety. At the same time, Gagiev's lawyer refused to talk to representatives of the Telegram channel, and representatives of the FSIN and the colony did not promptly answer the question.

Recall that Gagiev was previously charged with the murders of the deputy prosecutor of the Industrial District of Vladikavkaz Oleg Oziev in 2013 and three entrepreneurs: Taimur Kadzaev, Valery Laliev and Alan Torchinov.
