The queue to get to the Crimean Bridge in Kuban has been reduced to a thousand cars

The traffic jam on the approach to the Crimean Bridge, in which more than two thousand vehicles were standing during the day, has decreased to 1,025 cars.

As "Kavkazsky Uzel" wrote, earlier today, security forces discovered an explosive device in a car that arrived from Georgia. According to the FSB, the car was supposed to go to the Krasnodar Territory, it was planned to use it to blow up the Crimean Bridge. Against the background of this information, the queue in the Krasnodar Territory during the day reached 1,910 cars.

As of 13:00 Moscow time today, the queue for manual inspection from the Taman side grew to 2,100 vehicles, after which it began to decrease: by 14:00 Moscow time, the number of cars in the queue decreased to 1,860, and an hour later - to 1,455, according to messages from the official Telegram channel “Crimean Bridge: Operational Information”.

As of 16:00 Moscow time, the traffic jam from the Kuban side was halved. “There are 1,025 vehicles in the queue for manual inspection from the Taman side. The waiting time is more than three hours,” the bridge administration reported.

Chat” community confirm the official information about the waiting time for passage. “We entered at 11.58, left at 15.30, left after inspection,” reported user Tokha. “We got stuck in a traffic jam in Crimea at 13.20, entered Crimea at 16.20. Three hours. Patience everyone!” wrote Maria Buchko.

"Caucasian Knot" also wrote that on October 8, 2022, an explosion occurred on the Crimean Bridge, and two spans collapsed. Vladimir Putin called the incident a terrorist attack, the FSB said that the organizer of the terrorist attack was the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. Traffic on the bridge was resumed a month later.
