Resident of Kabardino-Balkaria tries to self-burn at Kremlin walls
Today, a resident of Kabardino-Balkaria tried to commit an act of self-burning in the "Lobnoe Mesto" (ancient execution place) in the Red Square of Moscow, having explained the attempt by his discontent with the work of law enforcement agents at investigating his brother's murder.
"At 10:20 a.m., Davlet Kapushev, born in 1951, a resident of Kabardino-Balkaria, made a self-burn attempt in the 'Lobnoe Mesto'," a source in the law enforcement bodies has informed the "Interfax". As he said, the man had poured gasoline for filling in lighters over himself and put himself on fire.
The militiamen who hurried to the venue managed to bring down the fire and detained the suicide. "He was delivered to the Sklifosovskiy Institute where he was diagnosed 'schizophrenia'," the source told the Agency, having added that the visitor from Kabardino-Balkaria had explained his act by "the inactivity of law enforcement bodies at investigating his brother's murder."
The dni.ru informs that the resident of Kabardino-Balkaria was lucky to escape heavy burns.
