The “Caucasian Knot” has reported that on September 11, it became known that a criminal case for discrediting the Russian Army had been instituted against the resident of Nalchik.

The Nalchik City Court found Nikolai Buchnev guilty under the article “Repeated discrediting of the Russian Army” (which provides for up to five years of imprisonment – note of the “Caucasian Knot”), the “Sova” research centre reported on its website.

The FSB Directorate for Kabardino-Balkaria reports that 35-year-old Nikolai Buchnev posted entries on the social network that attracted the law enforcers’ attention.
