Second wife of Chechen resident accuses him of beating
Alina Alekseitseva, the wife of a Chechen resident, has complained to human rights defenders that he was beating her and their children. Earlier, the man's other wife, Maria Smelaya, made similar complaints.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on May 9, the human rights project "Caucasus without Mother" reported that Maria Smelaya, a Krasnodar resident, who had complained of violence from her husband, a native of Chechnya, stopped communicating after her husband abducted her and her child from a shelter. A few days later, Smelaya denied the information about beatings. Later, she again turned to human rights defenders, explaining that she left her husband because he had got a new wife.
Alina Alekseitseva has turned to activists of the "Caucasus without Mother" project with a complaint that her husband Shabazov was beating her and their children. She is his second wife, and his first wife is Maria Smelaya, the above project has reported in its Telegram channel.
Alina has stated that her husband was stalking and beating her. "He doesn't give me money and doesn't let me work. He beats me, he beats my children," she has stated.
According to the woman, she is afraid to contact the police, because if her husband finds out that she has filed an application against him, he might kill her.
Let us remind you that human rights defenders have stated that fathers from Northern Caucasus are ignoring court rulings on disputes concerning children.
