Volgograd painter Philippenzo rearrested

A court in the town of Lyubertsy has arrested for 15 days Philipp Kozlov, a Volgograd street painter, for the second time on charges of disobeying the police.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that Philipp Kozlov, known under the pseudonym of Philippenzo, was detained at a Moscow airport and arrested for 15 days for disobeying the police.

In 2022, Philippenzo was fined three times by courts under the article of discrediting the Russian Army for his pacifist graffiti.
