Court returns case of KBR resident on discrediting Russian Army back to police due to violations

Because of admitted violations in the case files, The Maisky District Court of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic (KBR) has returned to the police the administrative case opened against Vadim Podkolzin, a local resident, under the article on discrediting the Russian Army.

The ruling of the court states that Podkolzin had posted in free access in the social network "images with inscriptions aimed at discrediting the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation."

The judge has ruled to return the protocol back to the police "in view of the incorrect drawing up of the protocol and the execution of other case materials and the incompleteness of the submitted materials."

The "Caucasian Knot" has also reported that on May 13 this year, it became known that the court had fined Islam Mambetov, a resident of the Zalukokoazhe village in the Zolsky District, admitting that his posts in the social network had discredited Russian militaries.
