Two Astrakhan residents fined for discrediting Russian Army
Alexander Shinkorenko, an Astrakhan resident, has been fined for his comments posted in the social network; the court has also imposed a fine on Ksenia Tsulimova, a local resident. According to law enforcers, the above Astrakhan residents have discredited the Russian Armed Forces.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on February 25, it became known that a protocol was drawn up against Alexander Shinkorenko, a resident of Astrakhan, for discrediting militaries.
According to the police, Alexander Shinkorenko posted his comments in the "VKontakte" social network, in which he negatively assessed the participants in the special military operation (SMO). They contain allegations that "contribute to the loss of confidence in and undermine the authority" of the Russian Armed Forces, the "Kavkaz.Realii"* project reports.
Shinkorenko has explained that he had expressed his point of view in his comments, the court's website has stated.
Earlier, the "Caucasian Knot" reported that the court had fined Alexander Pochtoev from Astrakhan by 30,000 roubles for discrediting the Russian Army.
