Court in Chegem refuses to consider case of discrediting army

The Chegem District Court of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic (KBR) has returned the administrative protocol on discrediting the Russian Army back to the police due to identified shortcomings.

As stated in the court's website, the protocol or other materials of the case were drawn up and executed by "unauthorized persons."

Earlier, the "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on March 17, law enforcers drew up a protocol on discrediting Russian militaries against Islam Mambetov, a resident of the Zolsky District.
