Kadyrov announces conditions for the end of military operation in Ukraine

The head of Chechnya has indicated two conditions for negotiations, under which Russia could agree to end the special military operation (SMO) conducted in Ukraine. If at least one of them is not fulfilled, Ramzan Kadyrov threatened that he would personally be among the volunteers who would achieve the enforcement thereof.

Kadyrov has stated today that Ukraine is "not in the position to dictate conditions." "We have our own conditions and they are much more realistic: the recognition of the Lugansk and Donetsk People's Republics (LPR and DPR), the Zaporozhye and Kherson Regions, and the Crimea and Sevastopol as Russian territories. The extradition of all the fascist criminals and shaitans responsible for atrocities against the Russian-speaking population, or an official trial of them and the well-deserved restriction of their freedom," Kadyrov wrote in his Telegram channel.

"As you can see, there's nothing complex, unlike Zelensky's conditions," he has stated in his comment on the statement of the President of Ukraine at the G20 summit.

According to Kadyrov, without fulfilling these conditions it is unacceptable "to even stutter about negotiations."

At the G20 summit, President Zelensky has put forward his conditions to end the conflict "fairly, based on the UN Charter and the international law," the Reuters has reported. In his Telegram channel, the President of Ukraine briefly described ten conditions, including the radiation and nuclear safety; the food and energy security; the release of all prisoners of war (POWs); the restoration of the territorial integrity of Ukraine, the withdrawal of Russian troops and the cessation of hostilities.
