Mobilized Kuban residents complain about shortage of equipment and food
The residents of Kuban (the Krasnodar Territory) sent to a military unit in Chechnya have complained about the shortage of everyday necessities and military equipment, the wife of one of them has informed. Relatives of mobilized men have signed an appeal to authorities asking them to provide them with clothes and ammunition.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on October 28, Sergey Shoigu, the Russian Defence Minister, reported on the completion of the mobilization, during which 300,000 people were called up.
According to the above wife, on October 14, a collective complaint of 15 mobilized persons was transferred to the administration of the Krasnodar Territory and military commissariats of Krasnodar, the "Yuga.ru" News Agency reports.
The complaint includes warm socks, insoles, camping gas burners, tactical glasses, gloves, drones, canned food and other items. According to the wife, her husband Vladimir Mynko and his colleagues had received no help; and soldiers' families had to buy boots and other equipment for them.
In October, relatives of those mobilized from the Stavropol Territory complained that they themselves had to buy things and medicines for the conscripts.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported about the complaints of residents of Southern Russia about insufficient assistance to the mobilized and their families. In November, the wife of Maxim Grigoriev from the Krasnodar Territory complained that the payment of 100,000 roubles had not been received. She and other women whose husbands were sent to the special operation complained to local authorities about the difficulties in receiving money, but to no avail.
