Kadyrov calls on Muslims to wage jihad against the West

Muslims are "needed by the state and the president" and should not look for excuses from participating in hostilities, Ramzan Kadyrov has stated. He has announced a jihad against the "Satanist democracy", promising "not to defend, but only to attack."

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on February 26, Kadyrov announced that Chechen fighters had gone to Ukraine to fulfil Vladimir Putin's orders and protect the Ukrainian people. On March 29, Kadyrov called on the Chechen law enforcers to "die on the path of jihad."

They want to "humiliate" Russia, "so that it has no identity and not a single family value," Kadyrov has claimed in his Telegram channel. He called the situation in Western countries a "Satanist democracy."

"This is jihad," Kadyrov wrote, adding that "Chechen commanders have decided not to defend themselves, but only to attack."

On September 16, amid Kadyrov's reports about sending another group of fighters to Ukraine, a video appeared in social networks of the oath that combatants from Chechnya utter, pledging to "wage gazavat (jihad, Muslims' sacred war) in the name of Allah."

Residents of Chechnya should "stand in queues" and sign up en masse as volunteers to take part in the special operation in Ukraine, Kadyrov had stated earlier.
